Acceptance of these terms
By browsing missionmind.fr you accept the terms below. If you do not, please stop using the site. These terms cover the website itself — client engagements are governed by the separate contract signed for that work.
What MissionMind does
MissionMind provides freelance software engineering services: product development, code quality and developer experience work, architecture and scalability consulting, and AI product engineering. The scope, duration and price of any engagement are agreed in writing before work starts.
This website is informational. Nothing on it constitutes a binding offer, a quote, or a guarantee of availability.
Using this website
When visiting this site, you agree not to:
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site or its hosting infrastructure
- Interfere with its availability for other visitors
- Scrape or reproduce its content for commercial purposes without permission
- Use it for any unlawful purpose
Intellectual property
The text, design, code and graphics on this site belong to MissionMind, except for third-party logos, which remain the property of their respective owners and are shown to identify past work. You may quote and link to this site; you may not republish it as your own.
Ownership of work delivered during a client engagement is defined by that engagement's contract, not by this page.
Availability and changes
The site is provided as is, without any warranty that it will be available, error-free or up to date. Content, services and these terms may change at any time without notice.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, MissionMind is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of this website, including lost profits or lost data. Liability arising from a client engagement is capped and defined in the contract for that engagement.
Governing law
