MissionMind is the studio of Alan Chauchet — a freelance web and mobile developer in Paris. One engineer, ten years of shipped products, and a strong preference for code that is still pleasant to work in two years later.
The short version
I write the code, and I answer the email about it.
I have spent a decade building web and mobile products inside product teams — as an employee, then as a freelancer. Long enough to have shipped the thing that worked, and the thing that had to be rewritten eighteen months later.
MissionMind is how I do that work now. There is no agency around it: no account manager translating between you and the engineer, no junior quietly assigned to your project. If we work together, the person on the call is the person writing the code.
I work best with teams that already have something real — a product with users, a roadmap that is longer than the team, and enough momentum that engineering decisions actually matter.
